The name fits to the movie perfectly. It's your first movie, I know, but I don't see anything very cool here.But the other side - I see it's not tooo bad. You should improve your animator's skills and do practice more.
Mainly shooting and feet animations are the worst here, hopefully you will fix it in next projects.
Anyway, plus one more madness cartoon, congratz!
And good luck in future creations!

Try watching animation timelapses or tutorials on youtube. Really.
